About Me:

My name is Katerina, and I am a professional massage therapist with extensive experience in physical rehabilitation and wellness. Originally from Ukraine, I moved to Northern Ireland after the war began, bringing my years of expertise to help people recover both physically and emotionally in this new chapter of life.

With a PhD in Physical Rehabilitation, I have a deep understanding of how vital it is to care for both body and mind. My approach combines proven massage techniques—ranging from classic and relaxing massages to advanced treatments like ultrasound therapy and facial and body care.

I am dedicated to providing my clients with effective and personalized treatments that promote relaxation and healing. My goal is to create a calming space where clients can find balance and restore their well-being, drawing on my years of professional experience and commitment to quality care.

Contraindications for MASSAGE:

  • Acute infectious diseases (flu, ARVI, fever, viral infections)

  • Elevated body temperature (above 37.5°C)

  • Malignant tumors

  • Inflammatory processes (boils, abscesses, purulent wounds)

  • Skin diseases (eczema, psoriasis in the acute stage, fungal infections)

  • Serious cardiovascular diseases (hypertension stage 3, acute heart attack, heart failure)

  • Thrombosis and thrombophlebitis

  • Severe varicose veins (with pronounced nodes and risk of thrombosis)

  • Severe osteoporosis

  • Pregnancy (1st trimester and with the risk of miscarriage)

  • Epilepsy

  • Acute mental disorders

  • Open wounds, burns, bruises, fresh injuries

  • Fresh fractures, dislocations, and post-surgical conditions (without doctor’s permission)

  • Alcohol or drug intoxication

Contraindications for HOT STONE massage:

  • All of the above-mentioned contraindications for massage

  • Rosacea (vascular mesh on the skin)

  • Hypertension (can provoke a spike in blood pressure)

  • Diabetes (especially in severe form)

  • Pregnancy

  • Skin allergies or high sensitivity to temperature

  • Varicose veins (especially with inflammation of the veins)

  • Cancer

  • Kidney and liver diseases in severe stages

Contraindications for REFLEXOLOGY (foot massage):

  • Fungal infections of the feet

  • Open wounds, ulcers, skin diseases

  • Thrombophlebitis of the lower limbs

  • Diabetes with impaired foot sensitivity (diabetic foot)

  • Hypertensive crisis

  • Pregnancy (especially in the 1st trimester) – stimulation
